1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
1.1 Processing Time – Orders are processed within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PHT), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Order Confirmation – Once an order is successfully placed, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent with the order details. Please ensure that all information provided, including shipping address and contact details, is accurate and complete. Dianerve™ shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
1.3 Strict No Cancellation Policy – All confirmed orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or modified for any reason. Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Delivery Coverage – We offer nationwide shipping within the Philippines through our trusted courier partners.
2.2 Estimated Delivery Time –
- Metro Manila: 2-4 business days
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, and high order volumes during peak seasons.
2.3 Tracking Information – A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched. Customers may use this to monitor their shipment status through the courier’s tracking platform.
2.4 Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Fees – If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the courier will attempt a second delivery or hold the package at the nearest courier facility for pick-up. If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer shall be responsible for re-shipping fees. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer negligence.
3. No Returns for Shipping Issues
3.1 Lost or Stolen Packages – Once an order is handed over to the courier, Dianerve™ is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers must coordinate directly with the courier service for claims related to missing shipments.
3.2 Damaged Packages – If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers must refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the damage is discovered after accepting the package, a claim must be filed within 24 hours with photo documentation.
4. Strict No Cancellation & No Refund Policy
4.1 No Cancellations After Order Confirmation – Due to our fast processing and fulfillment system, we do not allow cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed. Customers must ensure their order details are correct before checkout.
4.2 No Refunds for Shipping Delays – While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Dianerve™ is not liable for delays caused by the courier, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or compensation will be issued due to late deliveries.
4.3 Refused or Unclaimed Packages – Orders that are refused upon delivery or remain unclaimed beyond the courier’s holding period will be forfeited with no refund or replacement.
