At Dianerve™, we uphold the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
If a customer receives a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect as per the confirmed order, they may request a return or refund subject to the following terms and conditions:
(1) The request for return or refund must be made within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product, accompanied by proof of purchase and sufficient documentation, including photographs evidencing the defect or damage;
(2) The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return;
(3) Items purchased under final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or incorrect;
(4) If a return is approved, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Dianerve™ (e.g., incorrect or defective item), in which case the company shall shoulder the return shipping costs;
(5) Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, Dianerve™ shall, at its discretion, either replace the product or process a refund to the customer’s original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days;
(6) Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to the fault of Dianerve™. For all return or refund inquiries, customers must contact Dianerve™ Customer Support at [dianerve@gmail.com] or via our official communication channels. All claims shall be evaluated fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and company policies. Dianerve™ reserves the right to reject refund or return requests that do not comply with the terms stated herein.
